What we do at Precision EndGate - Save Money … Increase Safety

At Precision EndGate Safety, we work with independent dump truck owners, construction companies, and executives concerned about being sued and the impact of rising insurance costs due to accidents involving their trucks and trailers.

Jurisdictions across North America are holding employees and executives directly responsible for accidents, leading to lawsuits and penalties.

Just one accident could result in skyrocketing workplace insurance rates and fines that can, and do, cripple companies. All as a result of accidents that are preventable.

Companies are frustrated by the loss of time and money that occurs when an end gate / tail gate opens accidentally and spills debris all over the road or when an accident occurs when a lift system is left in the raised position.

Our clients appreciate the fact that our Dump Box Safety System saves time, reduces the risk of accidents, and increases productivity.

Two killed in dump truck accident In Canada on Highway 400 Toronto

This accident was reported last summer by CTV Toronto with a tail gate problem from CTV Toronto's John Musselman. Click Here for full Report

An elderly man and woman are dead after the tailgate on a dump truck flew off and slammed into a vehicle on Highway 400 on Saturday afternoon.

Ontario Provincial Police said the dump truck was travelling south when it lost control and slammed into the centre median near King Road at about 2 p.m.

The impact ripped the tailgate from the large truck, sending it into the northbound lanes, where it crashed through the windshield of a Chevrolet Avalanche, said Const. Dave Woodford.
The occupants of the Chevrolet, a man and woman both aged 75, were pronounced dead at the scene.

"You don't expect something like that to happen," Woodford told CTV Toronto. "We hear sometimes tires coming off, but I've never heard of a tailgate coming off a vehicle."

Police closed all lanes of the highway in both directions to investigate and clean up the accident.
Woodford expected the highway to remain closed until at least 8 p.m.

Police are asking witnesses to contact Aurora OPP at 905-841-5777.
